Privacy and personal data protection policy

TINSA Tasaciones Inmobiliarias, S.A., guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided by Users and that its automated manipulation will be in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection.

Personal data provided by Users as a consequence of applying for an using the various services offered through the Web Site will be manipulated and only incorporated into the appropriate file that is the property of Tinsa Tasaciones Inmobiliarias S.A., which has been previously registered in the General Data Protection Register for this purpose.

When it is necessary to provide personal data for the use of or application for some service, Users guarantee it is true, correct, authentic and valid. Users, therefore, have the obligation to ensure that their personal data is maintained up to date.

When providing personal data by making an application for the services that are offered through the Web Site or when sending such data through any other means, Users must fully and without reservations accept the incorporation of the data they provide into TINSA files and the manipulation of the data under the terms stipulated in this document. They may do this by accepting the privacy policy, checking the option "HE LEÍDO Y ACEPTO EXPRESAMENTE LA POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD DE TINSA" (I HAVE READ AND EXPRESSLY ACCEPT TINSA'S PRIVACY POLICY), which will be shown before each data request form is presented.

Except for the fields that are expressly required and marked with an asterisk (*), the response to questions about personal data is voluntary, unless the absence of a response to such questions implies a reduction in the quality of the services being requested by the User. Failure to complete the fields marked as required or supplying incorrect data will make it impossible for TINSA  to provide the services requested.

Users can exercise their rights of opposition, access to information, rectification and cancellation of their personal data free of charge by writing to: TINSA Tasaciones Inmobiliarias, S.A., C/ José Echegaray, 9 – Parque Empresarial de Las Rozas – 28232 Las Rozas (Madrid), for the attention of  'Departamento de Marketing' (Marketing Department).

The data recorded may be used to enable the normal development of the transaction agreed with the User, to administer, manage and improve the services offered by TINSA, as well as to prepare and offer other future services that might be of interest to Users. The data may also be used, for example, to generate statistics or to send commercial or promotional information related with such services, etc.

The email address provided by Users during the process of contracting or subscribing to any service offered on this portal may later be used by TINSA for sending commercial and promotional information with the prior consent of Users. Such consent will be considered to have been granted if the User makes no statement to the contrary before the completion of the contracting or subscription process. A User may revoke their consent at any time by sending an email to tinsainfo@tinsa.es

On providing personal data through request for services offered on this Web Site or by any other means, the User declares fully and with without reservation that they accept these data be provided to the companies of the TINSA Group, so that the User may be offered a personalised service in accordance with their needs and the scope of the products and services offered by the TINSA Group.

The organisations comprising the TINSA Group are those listed on the Web Site and their information can be accessed by clicking on the link "empresas del Grupo TINSA" (Companies of the TINSA group).

TINSA undertakes not to collect unnecessary information on its Users, to treat personal information provided with the utmost diligence and to comply at every stage of data manipulation with the obligation to keep secret the data provided by Users.
Also, TINSA undertakes to always adopt all legally required technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, alteration or non-authorised access of Users' personal data. It will implement as far as possible all the technical means and systems at its disposal, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which these are exposed, whether such risks derive from human action or from physical or natural sources.

Security Policy

TINSA Tasaciones Inmobiliarias, S.A. guarantees security in all its communications with its clients. All data operations are performed on a secure server, based on the SSL standard and an encryption system, which makes access to the data by external unauthorised means impossible.
