Services

TINSA US and Latin America offers a wide range of real estate valuations and consulting services throughout all of our offices in the region.

All appraisals and consulting reports for US Clients are prepared or supervised by appraisers holding the MAI designation. Appraisals and studies conform to appropriate standards and requirements promulgated by banking regulations, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and International Valuation Standards (IVS). In addition to this, all appraisers employed by TINSA in the region hold an Architect, Engineering OR Construction related degree.

All Appraisals jobs are presented in English or Spanish language in either a summary, self-contained or restricted use format based on the needs of the client. Our goal is to present well researched, independent and unbiased valuations and studies which focus on the needs of the client and that are delivered within the timeframe required.
