TINSA is an International Real Estate Valuation and Consulting firm founded in 1985 in Spain, where it is a valuation market leader. It has more than 24 years of proven international experience and today operates an international network of fully owned offices in United States, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, France and Portugal. TINSA has performed in 2009 a combined number of more than 320,000 valuation reports, operating in over 15 countries.
TINSA US was founded in Miami, FL in 2008 as Regional center for US and Latin-America based clients.
Our multi-national company platform, extensive operating base throughout the Americas and independence from the conflicts of “integrated brokerage and valuation activities” distinguish us from most competitors.
